How to assess a digital PR campaign

From a public URL to a scored assessment and a clear next step, in the order that avoids rework.

Before you start

You need the public URL of the campaign page. The page should be readable without logging in, because Inkio assesses only the accessible content. If the page is gated, read the question on gated pages first.

Step 1: Paste the URL

Open the assessment page and paste the full address into the campaign URL field. Check it begins with https and opens in a private browser window. Submit and wait while the page is fetched and assessed.

Step 2: Read the band, then the evidence

The result lands in one of five bands: High-confidence, Strong, Viable, Rework needed, or Dead / unusable. The band is a summary. The substance is the evidence listed for each criterion, so read that before deciding anything.

Step 3: Look at the limitations

Reports can show that a score is hidden or diagnostic only, for example when the page is unavailable or better suited to a different channel. Treat those states as findings, not errors.

Step 4: Choose the next move

Use the recommended action and the editorial directions as input. If the evidence is thin, rework before outreach. If it is strong, pick the angle the evidence supports most directly. Then record your own decision outside Inkio.
