My URL was rejected
  1. Include the full address starting with https
  2. Remove tracking parameters if the page will not load
  3. Open the URL in a private window to confirm it is public
The assessment failed or timed out
  1. Use the Retry button shown with the error
  2. Check that the page loads quickly for you
  3. Try again in a minute if the page is slow
The report says evidence was unavailable
  1. The page may be gated or script-only
  2. Assess a public methodology page or summary
  3. Recheck once the evidence is accessible
I cannot find a saved report
  1. Open the library and search by campaign or brand
  2. Clear the band filter
  3. Reassess the URL, which reuses an existing report if there is one
I want to recheck a changed page
  1. Open the saved report
  2. Use the recheck option in the report
  3. Earlier assessments stay in the history
